Cancellation Policy:

Within 24 hours of placing the order: Full refund

24–72 hours: 70% of product price + full shipping cost refunded

After 72 hours (before shipment): 50% of product price + full shipping cost refunded

After shipment: Cancellation is not possible

Order Changes (size, color, address, etc.):

Within 24 hours: Reply to the confirmation email to request changes

After 72 hours: The order enters production. Changes requested after this time will incur a 20%–50% modification fee (based on production progress). If you decline the fee, the order will be produced as originally confirmed.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact

For returns not caused by quality issues: The original shipping fee will not be refunded, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a confirmed quality issue caused by us

Wait for return approval and return instructions

Ship the item back using all original packaging and share the tracking number with us

After we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days

Due to manual measurement, please allow a tolerance of approximately 1 inch (2.5 cm)

Please inspect the item immediately upon arrival, before removing any tags or packaging
